U7 v Flackwell Heath 20/09/2009

This was the first league fixture for this year’s Under 7s and was a very successful start to the season. New players Rishi and Robert settled in very quickly and 2 of our players from last year who hadn’t been able to play in recent tournaments, Alfie and Kian, both played very well.

In the four matches, goals were scored by Luke Sutcliffe (4), Sam Lee (4), Arjan Bhui, Aaron King and Alex Jennings and two of our goalkeepers, Joe Henderson and Alex Walker saved penalties!

We were delighted with the performances and the positive attitude of all our players. All the games were played in a very good spirit and full credit to Flackwell Heath, who played very well, scored some good goals despite having two penalties saved.
